Should you require a gluten free cake, then this presents no problem at all. I have had to follow a strict gluten free diet myself since 1995. During that time I have worked hard to perfect my gluten free cake recipes so that I can now offer gluten free celebration cakes that I am confident taste as good as cakes made from wheat.
